ANI can provide sustainability-related consulting services including, for example, energy and water consumption audits, along with water reduction and energy-efficient programs and products.

By making existing processes and buildings more environmentally sustainable, ANI can help any organisation lower its running costs substantially.

Our extensive auditing and service experience includes condition assessments on a vast range of properties. Examples include Housing NSW and Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority assets, valued at an estimated AUD13 billion and AUD600 million respectively.

We are also in the process of expanding our environmental concern and initiatives into the fledgling sustainable residential housing space, with our new Envirobuilt division. Envirobuilt promotes sustainable residential design through pre-fabricated modular wall systems and innovative construction methods.
